Available ways to pay
Accepted payment methods can vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Choose from the methods displayed there and confirm the billing information requested by the provider.
Payment handling
Payment is submitted through Shopify checkout and the selected payment provider. The provider processes authorization and payment credentials under its own service terms. We receive the transaction status and order details needed to fulfill your purchase.
Check the product, quantity, delivery address, delivery charge, and any displayed taxes before placing your order.
When a charge is unclear
If you see an unfamiliar charge or your payment appears to have been processed without an order confirmation, contact service@steepix.com with the date, amount, and email used at checkout. Do not send a full card number, password, or security code in a message.
Order changes and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to request an order change. Approved returns and refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy; refunds are submitted to the original payment method after the return has been received and reviewed.
