These terms govern orders submitted through steepix.com and explain the main points that apply from product selection through delivery and after-sales support. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Product listings and selection
Our catalog includes household storage and organization products such as bins, boxes, caddies, hampers, organizers, and carrying cases. Product pages provide the current description, measurements, included components, price, and availability for each item. Please check those details against your intended use and available space before ordering. Images may include room settings or props that are not part of the product; the listing specifies what is included.
Prices, availability, and checkout
Prices, inventory, and available delivery options may change. The checkout presents the applicable order total and shipping charge before you submit payment. Please review the quantity, delivery address, selected shipping option, and total carefully before placing the order.
Order review and changes
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you to resolve an address, payment, availability, or order-detail issue before dispatch. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the next steps, including a refund where appropriate. Cancellation requests should be sent to service@steepix.com within two hours of placing the order; requests can be honored only before fulfillment or dispatch has made cancellation impracticable.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard carrier transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after the carrier accepts the parcel. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery options and shipping charges available for a destination are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based returns and items with a verified defect or fulfillment error have different postage arrangements. Please contact customer service before sending a return. The Return & Refund Policy explains the process and conditions.
Payment
Payment methods offered for a transaction are displayed at checkout. Orders may be subject to authorization or verification by the payment provider. Do not send complete payment-card details or security codes by email.
Lawful use and content
Use the store and its content lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access another person’s account or data, or reproduce store content for commercial use without authorization.
